Colleen Cline-Eady

Peacefully in hospital after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Proud and cherished mother of Jordan Eady. Devoted wife of the late Bob Eady. Loving and much loved daughter of the late James Cline and the late Mary Frances Cline, sister of Suzanne Prasad (Suresh), and Chris Cline. Dear sister-in-law of Stevena McDonnell, Lyle (Dulcie), Leslie (Brenda) and David (Shannon). Loving aunt of Angela (Jason), Allison (Curtis), Alexandra (Tariq), Janice (Leo), Kim (Arnie), Lawrence (Tracey), Cathy (Earl), Kristine (Matt), and Travis. Cherished great aunt of Benjamyn, Charlotte, Isa, Yusuf, Kendra, Kiana, Alecia, Mitchell, Samantha, Madilyn, Graham, Jahaila, Suzie, and DJ. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Colleen will always be remembered for her love of family, her thoughtfulness, and her warm laughter. Special thanks to the many friends for their love and support; Alina, Flo, Jackie, Janetta, Laura & John. Thanks also to the staff of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre General Division, Dr. Cardinal and staff of the ICU and all the other caring and compassionate staff of General Campus, Ottawa Hospital. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Friday after 10 am until time of service at 11 am in the Chapel of McEvoy-Shields. Interment Hope Cemetery. A reception will follow in the reception room of McEvoy-Shields. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of one`s choice would be appreciated.
