Diane Moreau

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce that our Mom, Diane Moreau (Greffe) passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 17th, 2023, at the age of 69. She was the loving daughter of Edgar Robert Moreau and Marie-Blanche Brunette, and widow of Marc André Greffe

She was a devoted Mom to Stéphane and David (Catina). They were her world!

She will be greatly missed by her step-grandchildren Jacob, Anne-Marie, Baileigh and Nathen.

She will be sorely missed by her siblings Louise, her best friend (late Richard), Rose-Marie, Lise, Lisette (Dick) and Jean-Marc (Cathy).

She was pre-deceased by her siblings Gérard, Ginette and Carole.

She was very close and a special Aunt to Suzanne (Ben). She was Tante Didi and a special great-aunt to Monika, Selyna (Seb), Antonyo her godson (Valentina), Exavier and Eva. Great-great-aunt to Jayden (her fictional grandson), Adrianna and Lucio.

She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.

We would like to thank Tante Louise for taking care of our Mom during her difficult time after the loss of her husband Marc and for taking care of her during her illness. We would also like to thank her niece Suzanne, for her devotion and special care to our Mom.

Heaven has gained another angel and such a beautiful soul. I am sure she was met at the pearly gates by her family members, and is now in the loving arms of her soul mate Marc.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal, Ottawa, followed by an english memorial service in the funeral home chapel and a luncheon in the reception hall afterwards.
