Gerald "Gerry" Thomas Whittle passed away peacefully at the age of 80 years at the Elisabeth Bruyere Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario on May 1, 2018. Gerry was predeceased by his parents, Doris and Harold Whittle. He will be missed by his goddaughter Angela Hufford of California and his faithful feline companion Princess, as well as friends and family. He worked for many years with Cunard Line in Montreal and as a travel agent in Ottawa. During his retirement years, he enjoyed taking care of his pets and watching good movies at home. Interment will occur on Friday, May 4, 2018, at 1:00pm at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery in Montreal. In lieu of flowers, donations to a local humane society in Gerry’s name would be greatly appreciated.
