Born in Edmonton, Alberta on February 6, 1955, Graham died suddenly on March 25, 2020 in Ottawa. He leaves behind his beloved wife Barbara, cherished children Julie (Dorian), Michael, adorable granddaughters Maia and Leona, sisters Jane and family in Sydney, Australia and Margaret and family In London, UK as well as the extended Mitchell family. Graham moved as a child to Colombia, Libya, Australia and England. He studied science at Queen’s and Guelph and graduated with an engineering degree from Carleton University. Graham enjoyed a successful 30-year career at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. As per Graham`s wishes cremation will take place with a Celebration of his Life to be held and announced at a later date.
