Son of the late Esther Lavell (Burke) and John J Lavell, he was predeceased by his sisters Alma Lavell (CSJ), Lorene Farnand (Gordon) and his niece Joanne Farnand.
He leaves behind his devoted sister Patricia Lavell, niece Pauline O’Dwyer (Gary), nephew John Farnand (Maureen), 7 great nieces and nephews and 13 great great nieces and nephews.
We are ever grateful for the many years he has been with us and the many times spent with him on his beloved homestead. He will be missed.
His dedication to his community of Mayo and to the St. Malachy Cemetery was life-long.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday August 30 at 1:00 pm with visitation before the mass at 12:00 pm. at St Malachy church, 3889 Route 315, L’Ange Gardien, Quebec.
