Beloved and cherished husband of Judy (nee Cahill). Predeceased by son Glenn; parents Owen “Ted” and Jean; brother Allan; and in-laws Martin and Mabel Cahill. Survived by his special cousin-in-law Dianne Plummer; brothers-in-law Bill Cahill (Terezinha) and Brian Cahill (Mary); and nieces and nephews. Family will welcome guests at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 28 with memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Heartfelt thanks to all of the doctors and nurses at the Ottawa General Hospital who treated Ian over the years.
