Passed away on October 24, 2016 at Elisabeth-Bruyère Hopsital at the age of 86. Youngest son of the late Alexandre Martin and the late Emma Noël. He leaves in sorrow his beloved wife for 58 years Pauline Rossignol. Loving father of Guy (Lily) and Suzanne (Robert) Turpin, cherished grandfather of Philippe (Sara), Patrick, Benoit, Christian and Nicholas. He also leaves his dear sister Yolande (Sister Bernadette), as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. He was also predeceased by his siblings Noël, Clément, Marie and Aldège. The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit of Elisabeth-Bruyère for the excellent care provided. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday November 4, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St-Sébastien Church (1000 Frances Street, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences from 10:30 a.m. at church. In Memory of Mr. Martin, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Bruyère Foundation would be appreciated.
