Lillian "Lil" O Grady Mills

Peacefully at St. Patrick`s Home, on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the age of 98 years. Daughter of the late John Patrick O`Grady and the late Mary Jane Gunn. Beloved wife of the late G.Cecil Mills. Loving mother of Richard Mills, Peggy West (Terry) and Gwen Kozar (Wally). Dear grandmother of Kelly Mills (Troy), Jodi Mills, Joseph Kozar (Yvonne), Lorelei Samis (Andrew), Virginia West, Christopher West (Katherine) and great-grandmother of Kayla, Taylor, Connor, Aidan, Neal, Maeve, Tristan, Drew, Keiran, Daria and Rowan. Survived by her brother Patrick O`Grady and her sister Violet Edmond (John) and predeceased by Clarence, Redmond, Agnes Baverstock, Jennie Brownrigg/Fitzgibbon, Ruth Morris and Eleanor Bachelor. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of St. Pat`s Home and to volunteer Noreen Wheeler for the excellent and compassionate care shown to Lillian. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 after 11 am. Funeral Service will be in the Chapel at 12:30 pm with a light lunch to follow. She will be cremated, with burial at Notre Dame Cemetery at a later date. In memoriam donations to St. Patrick`s Home Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
