She is mourned by her children Shawn Graham (Denise Ouellette), Tay Graham, her grandchildren Sarah and Steven Clarke, her great-grand children Hayden, Carter, Amelia and many nephews, nieces and friends. She is predeceased by her brother John Mol.
The family would like to thank the staff at Centre d'acceuil Champlain for the wonderful care they provided as well as Roxanne Jolly for all the help and kindness she provided.
The family will hold a celebration of life, with family and friends at a later date.
