(You probably know him as Bob or uncle Bob)
Entered eternal life on Monday morning, June 16, 2014. His spirit is carried on by his cherished wife Claire, his treasured daughter Lyne (Matthew Perrault), three loving and surviving siblings Marie (Michel Deschamps), Claudette (late Jacques Laprade) and Ronald Beauchamp (Lorraine) and his honorary brother/cousin Pierre Beauchamp (Lucy) for their dedication. Uncle Bob leaves behind an extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, relations and friends from every walk of life. We are blessed to have learned many valuable lessons from Bob during his 68 years; among them: an avid golfer and instructor, keep your head down, shoot straight, work hard and everything will work out the way it is supposed to. Be grateful for every day that you wake up and open your eyes. Each day is a gift. Thank God, often. Care for others at every opportunity, even if it means trading your warm mittens for someone's cold wet ones when its -25 in January. Acts of kindness are important, no matter how small. Take time to visit the elderly and the sick, and bring them some KFC too, everyone likes that. If you are fishing, make sure you enjoy the fish, the company, and the moment. If you are the boss, go on coffee runs for your staff, serve the food and make sure all your team members are full and well taken care of in your workplace. Uncle Bob is reunited with his parents, Damas Beauchamp and Jean Steele, his sister Jacqueline Jodoin, his godchild Martin Burelle and his father-in-law and buddy Victor Aupry. Special thanks to Denis Deschamps, Robert's hero, nephew, kidney donor and life saver. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday June 20, 2014 at 10:30a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church (435 Montreal Rd, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences from 10 a.m. at the church. In Memory of Bob, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
