Abboud, Tammy Lea Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at the age of 55.

Tammy’s biggest joy in her life were her grandchildren Mason and Kylee. She always had a beautiful smile, a caring heart and compassion for others. She was always helping people, always a person to talk to and had an enormous heart for her family and friends.

Tammy had many gifts and talents she did not give herself credit for. She had a flair for decorating and coordinated all the renovations in their condo. She transformed an older kitchen into modern magic with turning nonfunctional spaces into beautiful ones that were actually used. Her kitchen renovation was so special it was featured on a website.

She had a huge mothering spirit and took all the nieces under her wing. She became the matriarch of the family when her mother in law passed, always hosting holiday dinners and birthdays, always trying to keep the family together. It was at her insistence that they reconnect with family in the States. Their annual visit to Ohio became a special tradition. Aunt Evelyn, who helped take care of her husband Issa when he was a baby, loved the visits and so looked forward to them each summer.

Tammy loved dining out and shopping and was always interested in trying new places. She could be counted on to bring gifts for everyone from some where new she had visited.

To honor Tammy's spirit, be kind to someone; go out of your way to be patient and understanding with family and friends even when it's a challenge.
