Peacefully on Monday April 18, 2011, after a valliant and courageous 3 month battle with cancer at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Hannah (nee Kirkham). Devoted father of Jamie and Christina (Chris Pihl). Doting Grampa to Harrison “Buddy” and Katie. Dear brother of Tommaso (Concetta), Carmela (the late Pietro), Gabriele (Lucia), Melina (the late Arturo), Filomena (the late Joe), Guiseppina (Antonio), Pierina (Jean Louis) and Renato. Son of the late Laurina and Antonio D’Angelo. Will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Rd. at Albion Rd. on Friday April 22, from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral Liturgy Saturday in the Chapel at 10 a.m., followed by a reception.
