Charles Dennis Green

Mr. Charles Dennis Green of Ozark, Alabama died Friday, September 24, 2010 in a Dothan Hospital. He was 63 years of age. Funeral services will be held Monday September 27 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Rev. Shirley Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the chapel Monday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. When the family is not at the funeral home they will receive friends at 291 Del Rio Terrace, Ozark, Alabama.

Mr. Green was born October 6, 1946 in Troy, Alabama and grew up in Brundidge, Alabama. He was the son of the late Milton c. Green and Julie Grantham Green. He spent six years in the National Guard Reserves. He retired in 2006 with AFS at Fort Rucker after 35 years of service.

He is survived by four sons, Charles Robert Green of Newville, Al., Michael Jason Green of Ozark, Al., Mark Channing Green (Jenifer Susanne) of Ozark, Al. and Timothy Green (Keisha) of the Ewell Community. One sister, Gaynell Carter (Clifton) of Elba, Al. One brother, Jimmy Ray Green of Jack, Al. 6-grandchildren, Kayla Michelle Green, Dylan Michael Green, Michael Brodie Green, Samantha Marie Green, Kyleigh Joy Green and Jacey Lee Green.
