Florida, passed away on Sunday June 28, 2015.
Mike was born in Manhattan, New York.
He moved to Brevard County in 2003
from Freeport, Long Island, New York.
Abraham was a retired Police Officer
with the New York Police Department.
He was a Navy veteran.
He was a member of the Spanish
American Veterans Association (SAVA).
Mike liked to read, and to spend time
on the computer. He also enjoyed the
History Channel, and sports.
He was an avid Yankees fan.
He was preceded in death by his
son Daniel and his brother Fernando.
Mike is survived by his wife of 52 years,
Josephine Oquendo; son Phillip Oquendo;
daughter Donna Oquendo; grandchildren
Jessica Oquendo and Sharmaine Oquendo.
Mike who was the youngest of six siblings is
also survived by his brother Charlie Mora
and sisters Rose Lubin, Carmen Vasquez
and Audrey Oquendo.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm
Friday July 3, 2015 at
Fountainhead Funeral Home,
