Tracy was the beloved daughter of Raphael Francis and Louise Dunn, both of whom preceded her in death. She grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she attended Leeds Middle School and Martin Luther King High School, earning her high school diploma. In later years, she made Palm Bay, Florida her home.
Tracy was united in marriage to her devoted husband, Larry Anderson. She was a loving and proud mother to Toniel Francis, Jerome Johnston, Michael Goodman, Jr., and Dante Goodman. Her joy multiplied through her grandchildren—ten grandchildren through Toniel and three through Dante, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
She was preceded in death by her brother Fitzgerald Bogle and is survived by her siblings Lois Silvera-Shrouder, Delroy Oakley, Clifton Oakley, Michelle Darby-Spencer, and Charles Dunn. Tracy was also a cherished aunt to her nieces Angela, Colena, Cordea, Carissa, Rakea, Chimere, Tiffany, and Felicia, and her nephews Shawn, Brandon, Brenton, and Michael. In addition, she leaves behind numerous close relatives and “chosen family,” including many beloved brothers and sisters residing in Jamaica.
Tracy was known for her kind, generous, humorous, funny, and loving spirit. She found joy in dancing, cooking, music, singing, watching television, resting, and lovingly caring for her pet fishes, Sunshine and Wildcat. Her presence brought warmth and laughter wherever she went.
She worked faithfully as a deli clerk and held various roles within the food industry, always approaching her work with dedication and perseverance. One of the defining principles of Tracy’s life was her determination—when she committed to doing something, she did not allow anything to stand in the way of accomplishing it.
A devoted Christian, Tracy was a member of the Remnant Church of God Seventh Day. Her faith anchored her life and guided her walk. One of her favorite scriptures was John 8:7:
“Let him who is without sin among you cast the first stone.”
