Our family convey our condolences to the Farquharson family. Be encouraged that the Word of God promises reunions for our dearly departed... then, we will rejoice as all sickness and grief will be all gone. Till then, we grieve with you, but look forward to the great getting up morning!

I was shocked to hear of your mom's passing. I know how much she loved and cared for you as children growing up. She was such a good example to many, Lovely and kind to everyone. I loved to hear her sing. Arline was a women of God with such integrity. I will miss her. I hope you find strength in knowing what a special person she was.

I remember so well your mother's beautiful voice from when she used to sing at Jefferson Ave church years ago. A true woman of God-full of grace and dignity , Sis. Farquharson blessed the Jefferson Ave. SDA Church for many years with her many gifts and talents.

A wonderful singer- she shared a message in song as often as she could - sharing her love of Jesus and giving Him thanks all the same for her vocal talents. She was a very energetic leader, dedicated and compassionate mother who showed her love for her biological and church families.  

A presence like hers will be sorely missed. And our hearts, though weary can be lifted as we recall and reflect on the life and example she lived for all to see. To God be the glory for the promise of life in Eternity when He comes to take His faithful servants home. Prayers of comfort to Donna, Richie, Tricia, DeLisa, Val, Jennifer and the extended family. To the Farquharson family, my prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time, Arline was truly an amazing woman of God, my sister, my friend, my mentor, I love her. Her jubliant smile lights up your heart, her cheerfulnes was like a fire that keeps on burning, it was contagious.   She loved and served God and her fellow brethren with dignity and joy always smiling, always telling someone of his love & goodness. Family, take heart, know that she loved you all. Sis Farquharson has touch so many lives. Her singing was amazing, her smile light up infectious. Arlene was truly a woman of God. May her memories be a comfort to all who mourn death.

It's been 14 years next month and I still think about her everyday for no other reason but that she was MOM. To Mr. Richard Farquharson and Family. I was sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Death is never easy and is always hard when it is your mother, the one that God allowed to give you life.

I have worked with you now for over five years and your devotion and your compassion for your mother was infectious. Our life story was written by the master planner and it is not ours. Her book was written , read and now completed. Her life story is one that can never be changed by man.

Losing a love one is never easy.  There are no words that will ease the loss you feel.  I pray God will continue to wrap the family in love and pour out his blessings on each of you.  My family and I extend our deepest condolences in your time of sorrow.

Arline was my sister and friend. We had many of great times together going to camp meeting or camping with Pathfinders, youth conferences or personal vacation travel. The milestone events for our children as well as other family and friends. Her courageous fight with leukemia was inspiration to me. She was wise, funny, loving, loyal and a servant leader. I will miss her greatly. Take courage in her faith in God and her love for all of you. With deepest sympathy!

To the Farquharson family...my condolences and prayers are with. Your Mother was a beautiful individual... As a young lady in church at Jefferson SDA Church she was one of the woman that I looked up to... She stayed sharp, sista ALWAYS put an outfit together. She could sing, she was friendly, kind and always had a smile on her face. She knew how to check you in a Christian manner that didn't make you feel bad... I loved that about her. She will definitely be missed here in Rochester, NY. When you mention prominent members or families of the church family here in Upstate, NY she will be one of the those that everyone will remember. God bless you all in your journey of healing... She is now sleep and resting from worry!

Your family is my prayers, I pray that you continue to have strength and faith through it all. Losing a parent is never easy. She was a realky nice person. I can still remember making icecream and having pizza, and sleepovers with tricia. She always so sweet and will be truly missed.
