Arnold "Jack" Adams

Jack was born on May 4, 1928 in Fremont, Ohio to his parents Harry Adams and Ruth Barbara Vickery Adams.

He served in the United States Navy during WWII.

Jack was a retired Captain with the Melbourne Police Department. He was Police Officer of the year for Melbourne in 1975. He served as Chief in 1979.

Jack was a charter member of the J.W. Dunn Lodge 37 of the F.O.P. He was an Honorary Life Member of the 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus and

Honorary Life Member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus. Jack was a Past Grand Knight of the Father Gabriel Council of Melbourne, Florida.

He is survived by his children, Kristine Duarte (Robert) of San Pedro, California; Pamela Scott of Palm Bay, Florida; John Adams (Nancy) of Palm Bay,

Florida; and Terri Biles (Carl) of Palm Bay, Florida; brother Richard Adams of Fremont, Ohio; sister Faye Latham of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; 12

grandchildren, Amanda Duarte, Robert Duarte, Zachary Duarte, David Scott, Jr., Gregory Scott, Irina Scott, John Adams, Kathleen Wood, Jordan Adams,

Sandra Adams, Rachel Knowlton, Eric Knowlton and 14 great grandchildren, Isabella Duarte, Maria Duarte, Charlotte Duarte, Sophia Duarte, Sebastian

Scott, Samantha Roeder, Sidney Scott, Serena Scott, Sadie Scott, Seth Scott, Jacob Adams, J.B. Adams, Alora Adams, Nolan Wood.

Calling hours are 6-8pm Monday April 6, 2015 at Fountainhead Funeral Home, Palm Bay, Florida. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30am Tuesday April 7,

2015 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Palm Bay, Florida. Entombment will follow at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay, Florida.
