Benjamin E. Colozzo, Jr., 65, of Port St. Lucie, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at his home. He was born in Lackawanna, New York and came to Port St. Lucie from Long Island, New York. Ben was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a store manager for 30 years at Goodyear Rubber Tire Company.
Ben is survived by his wife, Judith R. Colozzo; sons, Ben Colozzo and his wife, Lorrianna, and Mike Guastello; daughter, Lisa Colozzo, and her fiancé, James Albert; brother, Donald Colozzo and his wife, Kathy; sister, Mary Mirador; sister-in-law, Ellen Colozzo; granddaughter, Isabella Colozzo; and countless nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Richard Colozzo, Virginia Colozzo, Abelardo Mirador, and his parents, Benjamin E. Colozzo, Sr., and Virginia Starks Colozzo.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2014 from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at Fountainhead Funeral Home in Palm Bay. A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 10:30, and will be immediately followed by entombment at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
