She was born Feb 5, 1949 in Tampa FL, moving to Miami in 1965 where she graduated from Palmetto Sr High in 1967. She worked 25+ years in the insurance industry for State Farm and will also be remembered for her years as a softball coach and commissioner at Perrine Khoury League. She was a dedicated Ridge Rat!
Debbie is survived by her husband of 44 years, James Moore, son Jeffrey Moore, daughter Jennifer Smith, grandchildren Ashlee, JT, Emily, Haylee and her brother Edward Perry McDougall. She was predeceased by her son John in 1993.
Family is planning a future service in Miami where she will be joined with John. Notifications will go out to family and friends via FB, email and telephone.
