She is survived by her husband, Ray Koser; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Lynda Koser; and daughter and son-in-law, Joy and Jr. Dykes.
Elsie enjoyed water aerobics, knitting, crochet, needlework, and various other crafts.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fountainhead Funeral Home in Palm Bay, with a funeral service following at 4:00. Interment will take place on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
