George P. Burgess, 88, of Melbourne, FL passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014. A native of Providence, Rhode Island, George moved to the area 25 years ago from Connecticut.
He worked as a tool maker in the firearms industry before retiring to enjoy shooting, riding motorcycles, and planes.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Helen Burgess; son, Bryan Burgess; 3 grandchildren: Shawn, Kyle, and Faith; and 2 great-grandchildren, Camden and Jayce.
