Helen N Hanlon

Helen N. Hanlon died February 9, 2011 at Indian River Medical Center surrounded by her loving

family. She was born November 25, 1922 in Sherman, CT where she was also raised.

She worked for several years at S. Curtis & Sons in Sandyhook, CT and was also a caregiver at

Southbury Training School in Southbury, CT.

She met and married George F. Hanlon in 1961 and recently celebrated their 50th Wedding

Anniversary. They resided in Barefoot Bay, FL where Helen had many friends and enjoyed

spending time at the pool. She adored her family and spending summers in CT.

She was preceded in death by her parents Alexander and Jenny Lescrynski, four brothers, John,

Alex, Steve, and Alexander, and two sisters, Mary and Cecilia. She is survived by her husband

George F. Hanlon, son George Nelson & his wife linda of Marbledale, CT. ThreeGranddaughters, Lori Wilmot & her husband Steve of Salisbury, CT. Tracy Fredriksson & her husband Kirk of Torrington, CT. Amanda Nelson of Marbledale, CT. She also leaves behind fourGreatgrandchildren, Alan, Ryan, Trevor, Joshua. Four brothers, Leo, Frank, Tom, William and four sisters, Julia, Frances, Dorothy, Katherine. In addition to her immediate family she leavesbehind many nieces, nephews, greatnieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00am, Friday, February 11, 2011 at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street, Palm Bay.
