

Henry Harrison Piper, 82, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Henry lived a full life defined by service, dedication to family, and a warm spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Henry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years, dedicating much of his life to military service before retiring in 1981. After his military career, he began a second chapter of professional life at Harris Corporation, where he worked for many years until retiring again in 2009.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Shirley Piper.
Henry is survived by his children: Jay Piper, Barbara Nie, and John Piper. He also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren: Alexandra Nie and wife Stephanie Cave, Taylor Piper, Sebastian Gladu and wife Jessica Gladu, Jay Piper II,Kolbe Piper, and Brandon Piper.
Henry’s legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Haylei Nie, Aleeah Nie-Cave, Alijah Nie-Cave, Antonio Nie-Cave, Alayjah Nie-Cave, Avion Nie-Cave, and Duke Amari Davis.
Henry will be remembered as a caring man who loved spending time with his family. He was known for telling amazing stories from his long and interesting life, bringing laughter and wisdom to those around him. Friends and family also fondly remember that he was rarely without a beer in hand while sharing memories and enjoying the company of loved ones.
Henry’s life was one of service, love, and storytelling. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on through the many lives he touched and the family who loved him dearly
Visitation will be held at Fountainhead Funeral Home, Royal Palm Chapel, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, on March 20, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place at Fountainhead Funeral Home, Royal Palm Chapel, 7359 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, on March 20, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
A Graveside Service will be held at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Garden Of Peace, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, on March 20, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
