

Ivy attended Kingston Technical HIgh School. Ivy left Kingston Jamaica in 1959 to pursue a career in nursing in London England.
In 1961 Ivy met her future husband , Albert Wilson in south London ( Brixton) and were married on March 2nd 1963 at the Methodist Church, Clapham North.
Ivy was the wife of Albert wilson and the proud mother of six children and lived in London, England for over twenty years.
In 1991 Ivy immigrated to the US, where Ivy spent twenty two years in Mount Vernon, New York.
At the beginning of 2014 Ivy and Albert moved from mount Vernon New York to Palm Bay Florida for the sunshine and a relaxing life.
Ivy spent the last eight months of her life in Palm Bay , Florida before The Lord God called upon her to come home on Thursday 16th October 2014.
Ivy is survived by her Husband Albert, her six children Joan, Patricia, Christopher, Martin, and not forgetting Dezreen our sister who passed in 1967 and Yvonne,. Ivy was also survived by her grand children Shadeen, Priya, Veshal, Rebecca, Jasmine and her great grand son Kieran; brother: Clifford Myrie and two nephews.
Joys of life:
Ivy joys of life were her children and grand children and her love for poetry, sewing and music.
Ivy will always be remembered for her charming personality, kindness, loving spirit, and her joyous laughter.
Ivy May not be here to be seen and touched, but her presence will alway be with us in our hearts and thoughts.
