Jerry Preston Snider, age 78, of Palm Bay, passed away on June 24, 2016. He was born on September 26, 1937 in Princeton, West Virginia, to Marion Edward and Laura Lenora (Long) Snider. Jerry spent his career with the Harris Corporation for 35 years, and in his non-working hours enjoyed camping, car shows, and spending time with his family and friends. He was also an avid NASCAR fan who loved old country western shows and music.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Nira; children Joey Snider, Michael Snider, Deborah Frawley, and Ginger Lambert; grandchildren Carmen, Jarrod, Heather, Michael, Stephen, Nathaniel, and Elisha; great grandchildren Andrew, Xavier, Mara, Ava, London, and Stella; brothers Al, Terry, Danny, Rodney; and sister Margaret Ann; his beloved dog, Tippie; as well as a large extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Darlene Snider.
A memorial service will be held on July 2, 2016 at 10am at Fountainhead Funeral Home.
