Wife of Morton Schler; mother of Sue, Michael, Jamie, and Andrew; grandmother of Clément, Simon, Jacob, and Sam; great-grandmother of Rosalie. Her children are grateful for the gifts and expressions of love she provided.
Ruth was generous with both her wealth and time. Ruth was principal of the Sunday School at Temple Beth Shalom while her children attended and president of the Sisterhood. Ruth was a founding member of the Brevard Association for the Advancement of the Blind. Ruth was well-known in the community as property manager then owner of Mark Realty.
Ruth also devoted her life to friendships and joys, approaching people with a keen wit and clever jocularity. Beloved by the community she supported passionately throughout her nearly 60 years of living in Satellite Beach. She will be greatly missed.
