Steven R Rule, 45, formerly of Orange, TX, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL with his family by his side. While serving in the US Army in Germany, he met his wife Lisa (Lisa Riddell from Elimsport, PA.)and they moved to Vero Beach 14 years ago. He was the co-owner of Total Home & Property Solutions and an avid musician. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years and children Kyle, Karli and Korey, his parents Arthur & Barbara Rule of Orange TX and sister Shari Rule and her sons Troy and Trace LeBlanc of Orange, TX. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Indian River Charter High School (IRCHS)-Steven Rule Memorial Scholarship Fund to benefit music students.
