Survived by sister, Sandy (Tom) Lombardi and the late, Linda Hopkins. Beloved father of Amanda and Tom (Devin) Madden. Loving grandfather of Chelsey Shontz & Cameron Rathy and Abigail Madden. Also survived by many family members and close friends.
Tom, lovingly known as “TNT Tom”, fought a courageous battle against cancer and other health issues; up until his last days he proudly worked with his hands as a mechanic and skilled laborer and was starting a small business of his own. He will be greatly missed by all.
