Dear Jess-
You were such a good sister! You loved everyone regardless of their flaws. We will miss you tremendously! I know Gil misses you a lot and continues  to share your memory. Fly high in Heaven with Nana, Manny, Jenny, Tina, and Rachel. Until we meet again, we love you.

This pic says it all . Three sisters now with each other I know there is one missing but I know she's up there with you guys.  Tia Jessie you were like a second mom to me. You took me in when I was at a badctime in my life and I thank you and tio Manuel for doing that.  Now you are all together and pain free.  I love you tia. Give my mom a hug and kiss from me and say hello to all our loved ones.

Mom I can't believe your gonna and I'm never gonna hear your voice again or see your smiling face I miss you so so much losing you still hasn't hit me yet. I wish you could have held the new baby at least once we named him Albert Augustine Rios you would have loved him. Now Dad won't be lonely and neither will you I know you felt lost with out him. Thank you for being the best mom anyone could wish or hope for you gave me so much love and respect I just want one more  hug and kiss I miss you. First nana and now you thank God I saw you one last time before you left my world. Now nothing will ever be the same I still need my mom no matter how old I get.

Our sweet Jess ❤️ were gonna miss you. You had a big heart and nothing you wouldn't do for everyone. Your now with Manny and all our family in heaven. You were our last sister/sister inlaw. I know your 4 brothers will miss you for ever. Love you and Rest now.  Heaven has a new Angel 🙏
