Edward J. Carney, III, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2015, age 59, of West Chester. Beloved husband for 28 years to Virginia (nee Portz) Carney. Beloved son of Margaret and the late Edward J. Carney, Jr. Loving brother of Kathleen Sullivan, Eileen Burgess, William Carney, Linda Schneider, Christopher Carney and Julie Sellers. Loving uncle to 22 nieces & nephews and 8 great nieces & nephews. Edward was the co-owner of “Carney Brothers auto Body” of West Chester for 32 years. He was a graduate of Conestoga High School class of 75’. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Thursday, Sept 3rd, at 11:00 am at St. Norbert Church in Paoli, PA.
