Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 14, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Edith (Neidig) Saurer.
An employee of the United States Post Office for 30 years, Betty worked as a mail clerk sorting mail for the Berwyn, PA area. After her marriage Betty and her husband adopted a son, Robert.
An only child, Betty enjoyed her many friends. The beach at Ocean City, NJ was her favorite place to visit during her vacations. Betty attended Paoli Community Church where she enjoyed the friendship of many people.
Important to Betty was her faith in the Lord Jesus, her friends, her dogs and spending time at the beach.
Betty was predeceased by her parents and her son, Robert. A celebration of Betty’s life will be held on April 2, 2022 at 11 AM at Paoli Community Church, 33 Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA 19301.
