Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Bridget Vinty
and the wife of the late Henry J. Leaf.
Frances and Henry were the 1941 PA State Roller Skating Champions, they were
also members of the Diamond Square Dancing Club. Frances was also a
member of the Downingtown Senior Center, and a volunteer of the S.P.C.A. and
the Lord’s Pantry of Downingtown.
She is survived by her sons; Dennis Leaf (Laurie) of Las Vegas, NV; Edward Leaf (Jan) of Downingtown; and Gerry Leaf (Linda) of West Chester; 6 grandchildren and
2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother John Vinty and her sister Mary DiStefano.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick’s Church in Malvern, where family and friends will be received from 10:00 to 10:50 in the Church. Int. St. Agnes cemetery in W. Chester.
