Harriet Marrone Salvo known by those closest to her as “Honey” passed peacefully in her home on Monday February 14th 2022. She is survived by her 6 children Serena Salvo, Laura Ward, Anthony Salvo, Paula Salvo husband Rafael Arroyave, Joseph Salvo wife Cynthia and Nicholas Salvo. She also has nine grandchildren Amy Ward, Eric Ward wife Jodi Ward, Thomas Salvo, Lauren Salvo, Ari Salvo, Allison Salvo, Jacob Salvo, Haley Salvo and Nicholas Salvo. She also has one great grandchild Deidrick Morse. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Laura Marrone as well as brothers Frank and Thomas Marrone, sister Lillian DeAngelo and by her husband Cosmo Salvo.
She was born in Philadelphia on April 5, 1927 and graduated from Overbrook High School. She had a love of music, movies, her faith and of course spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. We’ll remember her spirit and smile.
Her funeral will be Monday February 21, 2022 at Our Lady of the Assumption in Strafford, PA. Viewing at 930am and service at 11am.
