Harry Stephen "Sonny" Volpe, age 75, of Chester Springs, PA, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2017. He was the loving husband of Roberta (nee Fitzsimons) Volpe for 46 years. Steve was the father of Kristin (Bryan) Thomas and Susan (Jason) Shirer, and proud grandfather of Jack, Red, Bodie, Milo, Sully, Pax, and Callie. He is also survived by brother Jody Volpe, sisters Juanita Kovalewski and Jill (Jeff) Jones and many loving nephews, nieces, friends, and family members.
Steve served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960-1964, and made his career as a truck driver. He loved spending time at the campground and the beach, fishing, tinkering, and taking long walks.
Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 10:00 am at St. Elizabeth Church, 120 St. Elizabeth Dr. Chester Springs. Int.
