Joan M. Seibert, age 82, of Devon, PA. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Jay S. Seibert. Passed away peacefully on April 12, 2013, surrounding her, forming a circle of love, was her son, Tom and his spouse and her daughter, Valerie, and her spouse. She is survived by one brother, five children, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Monica’s Church, Main Ave. in Berwyn,on Monday, April 15th, from 9:15-10:00am. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 am. Int.
