I am sorry to have just learned of Kathy's passing on to eternal life.  I vividly remember Kathy's perky spirit whenever I visited my aunt and uncle and their children who lived next door. All of us kids used to have so much fun as we played in their spacious back yard. Kathy always had boundless energy, a big smile and a hearty laugh.  I met her at a teachers' conference once and saw that the enthusiasm that she had always exuded on McMull Drive she now applied to her students and her passion for teaching. We were all blessed to have lived, worked and played with her.  I know she is enjoying the joyous presence of God and her parents once again!

My deepest condolences to the Domenick family. Miss Domenick  was my favorite 3rd grade teacher at St. Thomas Good Counsel (1994/1995). Her impact has been felt throughout my adult years. She was caring, engaging and most importantly taught her students the importance of acceptance of all people. I was not from the area and she always made me feel included.  At the end of the school year she let me keep our class stuffed animal. I was so thrilled!  It was was black dog with a collar and I still have it to this very day! She will be greatly missed! 

I’m so sorry to hear of Ms. Domenick’s passing. She was one of my favorite teachers at St. Thomas Good Counsel, where she taught my third grade class in 1994-1995. She was energetic, engaging, and compassionate, and she developed a close personal connection with every student. I remember her teaching our class the value of journaling, letting one of us take home her stuffed animal Bo each weekend, and inviting us to an ice cream party at her parents’ beautiful home at the end of the school year. All of her other students and I are so lucky to have had her as a teacher.

Kathy was such a loving person who cared so much for her students at Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary.

So sorry for your loss.  My favorite childhood memories are of visiting Joanie, your next door neighbor and then hanging out with Kathy and all the boys in the area of McMull Drive.  We had some great hide and seeks games and running through all the yards and staying out till dark.  Sneaking out to smoke.  Good times. She will be missed. 

If ever a person found their true calling, it was Kathy Dominick.  She so obviously loved teaching young children.  It was in her voice, her eyes, her words, her very spirit.  Kathy taught our two children in first grade, and our younger child in forth.  She was lively and light-hearted.  I believe she loved every one of her students. Our children adored her.  And what a teacher!  Organized, calm, focused, animated about subject matter, and willing to listen to every little problem.  She could laugh with children and dry their tears.  She was perfect!
God rest her beautiful soul.

I was very fortunate to know Kathy for many years teaching together at Gwynedd Mercy Academy, and also as a parent of one of her students!  Kathy was a thoughtful friend to work with each day!  She always had something nice to say to everyone!  Kathy enjoyed every minute of teaching the children!  She was a patient and caring teacher, and enjoyed sharing her rabbit as the third grade class pet!  We had the pleasure of bringing Kathy's rabbit home for the weekend on several occasions when my daughter, Tara, was in her class!  My thoughts and prayers are with all of Kathy's family at this time!

Ms. Domenick was my 3rd grade teacher in 1999 at GMA. She was one of my favorite teachers and I’ll never forget one of her traditions. She had this teddy bear that we could take home for the weekend. With the bear was also a journal that each kid would have a chance to write in to talk about the cool adventures we went on with the bear. I also remember her smile and how kind and patient she was. I’m very sorry to hear about her passing. She is in my thoughts and prayers as well as all of you.

I am so sorry to hear about Kathy’s passing.  We were friends in high school.  You could not find a nicer person.  We reconnected on Facebook - she truly cherished her family 

Kathy was a treasured colleague of mine at GMA.  her devotion to her “children” was amazing to witness.  Please accept my sincere condolences.   May God welcome Kathy into his loving embrace and bring peace to her family.   Sincerely, Dawn Valeo

Kathy was a dedicated teacher and she cared deeply about her students. She also always had time to listen to your concerns. She was supportive and compassionate. Kathy  will be missed but not forgotten.

Earliest memory playing In our swimming pools in our back yards, kickball in the street, riding bikes, First drink, first hangover, trips to beach trip to Massachusetts, driving a tractor, visiting with my girls when we had trips back home and, ( as of late) visits on Facebook: This is just too sad she was such a good person I will miss her. So sorry to the boys for their loss
