Kenneth Lavern Cain

Kenneth L. Cain, 74, of Exton, was called home by the Lord on January 6, 2013 at Neighborhood Hospice of West Chester. Born in Nilwood, Illinois on May 15, 1938, Kenneth was son to the late Johannah and Albert Cain. He was a 1955 graduate of Girard High School. For over 40 years, Kenneth worked for Unisys. He was an active member of the Masons, the Eastern Stars, Paoli Baptist Church and served our country in the Air Force. Kenneth is survived by his wife Grace, who he married on March 2, 1957; his children Cindy, Mitch, Debbie and Ken; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as other family and friends. Kenneth is preceded in death by his granddaughter Aleia Anderson and his sister Vivian Felmet. The funeral service will be held on January 11th at Paoli Baptist Church,33 E. Lancaster Ave., Paoli, officiated by Pastor John Draper. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m., followed immediately by the service. Burial will follow the funeral at Northwood Cemetery of Downingtown. Alleva Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, Lockbox #1352, PO Box 8500, Philadelphia Pa. 19178-1352.
