Kenneth Alden Hawes

Kenneth Alden Hawes, 45, of Phoenixville, PA passed away suddenly on Friday June 29, 2012. “Alden” as he was known, was the husband of Jennifer (Nee Waite) and son of Kenneth Arthur Hawes and the late Bonnie (Nee Clark) Hawes. “Alden” was born in New Haven, CT in 1966. He graduated High School in Redding, CT in 1985 and with honors from Syracuse University in 1989. “Alden” worked for GlaxoSmithKline in Phila., PA in various capacities from 1991-present. He had a passion for life, enjoying skiing, golfing, boating, mountain biking and ice hockey. “Alden” was very active in ice hockey and coached for numerous teams, including Great Valley High School. He was also a member of ShinnyUSA Hockey, Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and the SEPA5 Camaro Club. Surviving are 2 children: Kelsey & Nathaniel Hawes; 3 siblings: Heather (Shawn) Frye and Sarah & Matthew Hawes. Also surviving are 2 nephews: Ryan & Austen.
