Chad, Jake,Maddy and Sammy...this is a very difficult time in your life and me and uncle Eric are praying for strength and guidance for all of you. The memories we all made together at the lake for the last few years were wonderful and we are so grateful for those times. We love you.

Amanda was one of the military spouses who welcomed me to the Louisville family and introduced me to the submarine world. Our physical paths didn't cross long, but I appreciated her spirit and her kindness. Facebook kept us connected after that. I followed her health battle and appreciated the comments she'd leave on my page. Amanda, Chad and their kids continue to be in my prayers.

Chad and Family, When looking at the photo gallery, I noticed that Amanda always had a smile on her face and that's how I will remember her.  She will be missed.  I hope the memories will help you through this very difficult time.  you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

While she has shed this mortal coil, her spirit will live on in each person she met for her amazing energy and characted touched all with whom she came in contact. As I look through all of the great pictures on here, I am reminded again how contagious her smile was, how her spirit never faultered and what an amazing soul she was. I know that will live on in your beautiful family, because you all know how blessed you have been to be a family and you are a shining example of what love should be! Chad, Jake, Maddy, and Sammy ~ I type and retype, but there is just no perfect way to say how sorry we are!  Our hearts and prayers go out to each of you during this time!  I'm sure going to miss Amanda....NO matter what she was battling or how she was feeling she always had that beautiful-contagious smile on her face....She made sitting at swim practice go so much quicker because we would just chat the time away....She made our kids smile with her wonderful since of humor and giggle in excitement each time she would randomly drop of her homemade goodies...and the list could go on and on!!!  She will always be remembered for the kind, generous, loving person that she was!  Our family will miss her! I will miss my sweet, spunky, sassy friend!  Praying for all of you! Thank you for the beautiful slide show. Some of Amanda's expressions brought back great memories of when we were close. I loved seeing pictures of her with Chad and her family. It was great to see her amazing smile again. As miles apart we were I thought of her often and she will always have a place in my heart.
