We are here today to celebrate the life of our beloved one. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and an amazing friend. Billy DeWayne Foster was born on May 24th, 1991, in Paris, Texas. He loved country music and had a passion for playing chess with his brother. He truly enjoyed being with his family and making people laugh. With his contagious smile he knew he was the life of the party. He was loved and will be deeply missed. Billy is survived by his mother and stepfather, (Alanaque and Anthony Rodriguez) his grandmother, (Patricia Dyer) his father, (Lynn Foster) and his siblings, brother (Justin Winchester) sisters (Kaitlynn Winchester and Taimie Rodriguez). With many more loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held on January 10 at 350 W. Kaufman St. Paris, TX From 2-3 pm. All family and friends are welcome to come and show him how much he was loved. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
