Clayton William Wallen, 99, of Jenks, OK, formerly of Paris, Texas passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015, in Jenks, OK. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14th, at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK, with Rev. Mike Jones officiating. Mr. Wallen, the son of Allen & Annie Parker Wallen, was born Aug. 12, 1915, in Tamaha, OK. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arvie K. Wallen, on July 3, 1995. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II, being honorably discharged on July 21, 1946, as a Private First Class with the 8th Photo Technical Squadron. His career with the Vaught Aircraft Company in Arlington spanned many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Powderly Baptist Church and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Survivors include a sister, Corrine Fickes of Sana Cruz, CA, nephews and niece, Mike McAdoo, Nanette McAdoo Tucker and Charles Jeffery Wallen along with numerous extended family members.
