Kathy Lynn Emanuel

Kathy Lynn Emanuel, 48, of Paris, passed away Sunday, April 03, 2016, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6th, at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis Blake officiating. Burial will follow in Red Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Kathy, the daughter of Onis Dale & Martha Kay Gammill Shoemaker, was born Dec. 4, 1967, in Aurora, MO. She was an employee with the Paris Independent School District at the Aikin Campus. Kathy was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. Her mother, Martha Kay Shoemaker, preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Aaron Emanuel, whom she married on Aug. 8, 1998, building seventeen years of family and memories, her father, Onis Dale Shoemaker, two children, Gabriel Emanuel and Gracelynn Emanuel, her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Edward & Linda Emanuel, two sisters, Sandy Coker and Tammy Owens & husband Kent along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends. Casket bearers will be Barry Terrell, Jason Bennett, Tom Herndon, Jr., Thomas Herndon, III, Frederic Adam Doss & Edward Emanuel, Jr.
