Sandra Lou Kincaid

Sandra Lou Green Kincaid, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Lamar County, passed away Wednesday, January 06, 2016, at her home. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9th, at First Christian Church, 780 N. E. 20th, Paris, with Rev. Charlotte Coyle & Rev. Lory Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in McDonald Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Sandra was born Aug. 28, 1942, in Lamar County. She graduated from Delmar High School in 1960. On Aug. 13, 1960, she married William “Bill” Kincaid, building 39 years of family and memories before his death on Jan. 31, 2000. During Sandra’s career she worked at Campbell Soup Company, the hospital in Mt. Vernon, First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon and at the newspaper in Mt. Vernon, The Optic Herald. Sandra was a member of First Christian Church, Paris where she blessed everyone by playing the piano. She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Lou Rea Green Byrd, her father, Harles Green & his wife Nancy Green, her adopted parents, Dolly Rea Green Williams and A. C. Williams, two brothers, Larry Green and James D. Green & his wife Jan. Survivors include her children, Kimberly Lou Adams and husband Tim, Kayla Marie Agan & husband John, Kevin Audley Kincaid & wife Melanie, Kelly Don Kincaid & wife Geraldine and Kristofer William Kincaid, one brother, W. L. Green & wife Jeri, grandchildren, Brandon Bettis & wife Lori, Susan Chiles & fiancée Brandon Ross, William David Kincaid & fiancée Brittany Taylor, Cody Skidmore, Kelly Patrick Kincaid, Thomas Kincaid, Dylan Kincaid, Colin Kincaid, Hilary Adams and Ashleigh Adams, great grandchildren, Addi, Charli, Sadie, William Chase and Mylee Sue, seven step-grandchildren, thirteen step great grandchildren, special friends, Wilma Kincaid, Doug & Linda Lott, Bertha Mae Grimes, David & Pat Hollingsworth and Richard & Cherris Starek along with numerous nieces & nephews. Casket bearers will be: Brandon Bettis, Cody Skidmore, William Kincaid, Kelly Patrick Kincaid, Thomas Kincaid, Dylan Kincaid, Colin Kincaid, Andre Agan, Michael Agan, James Pearce & Patrick Pearce.
