Shirley Ann Chism

Shirley Ann Perry Chism, 52, of Paris, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014, at the U. T. Southwestern Clements Medical Center in Dallas. Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family will have a meal at Victorious Life Church at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday following the funeral. Shirley, the daughter of Floyd Ray Perry, Sr. & Della Mae Jones Perry, was born Jan. 23, 1962, in Paris. She was a member of Victorious Life Church. Survivors include her husband, James Chism, whom she married on Sept. 26, 2009, a son, Derrick Perry, a grandchild, Giselle Payne-Perry, siblings, Harry Perry & wife Sharon, Danny Perry & wife Kathy, Jerry Don Perry & wife Sharlene, Joann Perry Peeples, Shelia Perry Cheshier & husband Danny, Donald “Donnie” Perry & wife Linda, Linda Perry Legate, Ronald “Ronny” Perry, Charlie Perry & wife Tonya and Tresa Perry Trammel & husband Shannon, sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Jerrie Ballard Perry, Della Chism Johnson, William Chism, Estella Chism, Larry Chism & Donald Chism along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Floyd Perry, Jr., Billy Joe Perry and David Ray Perry, and two brothers-in-law, John Chism and Clyde Chism. Casket bearers will be: Donald Chism, Charlie Perry, Shannon Trammel, Derrick Perry, Derwin Tarver and William Perry. Honorary bearers will be: Chris Perry and Rick Kent.
