

Born on September 17, 1951 Frank was a man whose life echoed with rhythm, love and deep faith. He found joy and purpose behind a drum set, playing passionately in his local church. Where his music uplifted and inspired many. Whether keeping time during worship or vibing to his favorite Tejano tunes, Frank's love for music was a reflection of his steady soulful spirit.
Outside the church walls, Frank embrace the simple pleasures of life. He loved heading to the casino trying his luck or scratching his favorite lottery tickets and most of all going fishing. Almost every day you could find him by the water with a fishing rod in hand, soaking in the peace and quiet. It was in those calm moments that Frank felt closest to God and to himself.
But Frank's greatest joy was his family. He was a devoted father to his two sons Cisco and Joey and a proud grandfather (papa). Whether he was sharing stories, cracking jokes or just spending time with them. Frank's love was deep and so unwavering. Known for his kind heart, quiet humor and strong faith. Frank lived a life filled with meaning and warmth. He never hesitated to help someone in need. His legacy of love, music and simple joy will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched.
His family moved to Arizona in the early 1950's where he and his siblings attended school and participated in various activities. Frank later graduated from McClintock High School. He later moved to Parker where he worked for Blythe Farms and CRIT Farms forming a deep connection with the land. In 1981 Frank met the love of his life Kim Williams and they married in March 1982. Together they built their lives raising their two sons Cisco and Joey. Frank was a devoted father who loved nothing more than taking them fishing, a passion he passed down with joy and pride.
Frank dedicated twenty years of service to the Town of Parker where he took care of the Town ballfields and cemetery before retiring. He was well known for his king heart, strong work ethics and love for the simple things in life. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Frank leaves behind his sons Cisco and Joey, his cherished grandchildren, family and friends who will miss him dearly. His spirit will live on in those who knew him.
