He was born September 29, 1960 in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Paul Russell and Shirley McFee Russell.
David retired from Almeda after many years of service. He loved being on the road and found joy in every mile he traveled. He was an avid hunter who enjoyed shooting and spending time outdoors. He especially cherished the time he spent with his family. David enjoyed working on his property with his family. He will be deeply missed.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 44 years, Pamela Williams Russell; son, Paul Russell; daughters, Stacy (Doug) Russell, Megan(Jordan) Gorrell Jordan; brother, Stephen (Peggy) Russell; sisters, Suzanne (Greg) Hartness, Carolyn Paugh; grandchildren, Collin, Alivia, Emma, Addie, JJ, Charlee, Cooper, Ava; bonus-grandchildren, Olivia and Nathan.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday December 9, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 12 PM to 2 PM at the funeral home.
