He was born October 26, 1944, in Kanawha County, West Virginia, a son to the late Hobert and Eula Marie Tiller Campbell.
Donald was a beloved dad, brother, uncle, and grandfather.
He is survived by two sons, Thomas Campbell and Richard Campbell; and three grandchildren, Chloe Campbell, Leighton Campbell, and Devin Mossor.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by one son, Donald E. Campbell.
