He was born in Ritchie County, WV, on August 10th, 1937, a son to the late Edward Hall Livingston.
Edward was a retired school teacher from Parkersburg High School. He loved sports and was an active outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife, Wilda Louise Livingston, and one son Michael William Livingston, also of Vienna, WV.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Patricia Fortney, and one daughter Mary Ellen Livingston.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00AM, Thursday April 24th at Broadway Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Dan Meek officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday April 23rd, 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00 PM.
