She was born Jan. 2, 1943 in Parkersburg to the late Orland B. Blackwell and Susie M. Sams.
Lottie is survived by her two daughters, Victoria L Wilder and Rita M. Fry ( Jeffrey); one sister, Dottie L. Wagoner; seven grandchildren, Amy Dille, Ian Wilder, Paige Wilder Vargas, Jacquee, Hugh, Anthony, and Sabrina Fry; eight great grandchildren, and “cuz” Barb Comer.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded by John E. Wilson.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Minister Norman Harris officiating. Family and friends may call 11:00- 2:00 PM Monday.
