Paul was born on May 6, 1956, a son of Connie Perry and the late Jack Wigal.
Paul worked several years for Almeda Enterprises as a welder and in steel fabrication, taking pride in honest work and the skill of his craft.
He loved classic rock, cars, and motorcycles—interests that reflected his spirited personality and the joy he found in the things that moved him, in more ways than one.
Paul is survived by his mother, Connie Perry, his brothers, John (Saddie) Wigal, Mark Wigal, James Russell Richards, David (Lori) Richards, his sister Deborah Perry and his nieces and nephews, John, Alyssa (Justin), Tegan, Taylor, Evan, and Jada.
Services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 3 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. Burial will be held at a later date at Sunset Memory Gardens, per the family's request.
